Is Baltic Wear a scam?

It might sound funny answering this question from our side, but as we have stated plenty of times on our social media, emails and other platforms as well, we are NOT A SCAM, we are a legitimate business.

Major Chinese suppliers are down, what are you going to do now? Haha

It doesn't affect us because we don't ship our products from China and have plenty of warehouses located in the EU/USA, which doesn't impact our operations.

I made an order a while ago, but I haven't received any information?

Please be patient. Our systems are designed to automatically send all the necessary information such as tracking, shipping confirmation, etc. However, sometimes things may not go as planned. If you have any concerns, please don't worry and contact us by clicking here.

It's been some time. Why are you not answering me?

Why has my sneakers arrived without their original box?

Why has my clothing arrived without any tags?
